Terms of use
Routeur shows prediction market prices, analysis built on them, and posts from the people who use it. These terms are the agreement between you and PatientDesk AI, which operates Routeur, when you visit routeur.app, create an account or use our API.
Who can use Routeur
Anyone may browse. To create an account, post, message or make calls you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract where you live. By creating an account you confirm both.
You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including any that restrict prediction markets or event contracts where you are.
What Routeur is, and is not
- Routeur is an information service. We are not a broker, exchange, adviser or party to any trade. You cannot place orders on Routeur.
- Prices come from Kalshi and Polymarket and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Always check the price on the venue before you trade.
- Relations between markets, strategies, backtests, signals and calls are analysis, not advice or a promise of any result. Read the risk disclosure.
- Routeur is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kalshi, Polymarket or any other venue. Their names identify where prices come from.
Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep that inbox secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One person, one account. Handles that impersonate someone else, or mislead people about who you are, may be changed or removed.
You may stop using Routeur at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to hello@routeur.app.
What you post
You keep ownership of what you post. You give PatientDesk AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce and distribute it in order to run, show and improve Routeur, including in feeds, search, previews shared elsewhere and our API. The licence ends when you delete the content, except where others have already shared it or we must keep it under law.
Do not post or send anything that:
- is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit, or exposes someone’s private information;
- tries to manipulate a market, coordinates trading to move a price, or promotes insider trading;
- is spam, a scam, paid promotion you do not disclose, or a link to malware;
- impersonates a person or organisation, or claims an affiliation you do not have;
- infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy.
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put people or Routeur at risk. Report anything you see with the report option on a post or profile, or write to us.
Scored calls and rankings
A call records a side of a market at the venue’s price when you post it and is scored when the market settles. Calls cannot be edited; deleting a post keeps its call on your record. Tiers, streaks and rankings are for fun and reputation only. They carry no prize or money, and we may change how they are calculated.
Our data and the API
Routeur’s software, design, analysis and compiled data belong to PatientDesk AI or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use. Do not scrape, copy in bulk, resell or build a competing dataset from Routeur except through our API under its own terms and limits. Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
No warranty
Routeur is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, PatientDesk AI will not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits or data, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Routeur. Our total liability for any claim relating to Routeur is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$100.
You agree to indemnify PatientDesk AI against claims arising from what you post or from your breach of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. When a change is material we will say so on Routeur before it takes effect, and continuing to use Routeur afterwards means you accept it. Accounts may be asked to agree again.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law where you live gives you a right to bring a claim locally.
