If Carissa Yip is rated top 10 on the December 2026 FIDE Top Women Players (top 100 players) Standard Rating List, then the market resolves to Yes. According to FIDE regulations, when players have equal Elo ratings on the FIDE Top Women Players Standard Rating List, the tiebreaking methodology is as follows: Number of rated games played - The player who has played more rated games in the rating period is ranked higher Date of birth - If the number of games is also equal, the younger player (later birth date) is ranked higher Alphabetical order by surname - If both criteria above are still tied, players are ordered alphabetically by their family name Kalshi is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Governing League.
