The Underlying is Colorado Ski Country USA’s projected statewide skier-visit total for the 2026–27 ski season. A skier visit represents one person visiting a ski area for all or any part of one day. The figure covers statewide Colorado ski-area visitation and is not limited to Colorado Ski Country USA member resorts. This market uses the first Colorado Ski Country USA statewide estimate for the 2026–27 season; subsequent revisions do not affect resolution. Resolution compares 2026–27 projected statewide skier visits against a fixed 10.5 million baseline from the 2025–26 projected total. Later revisions do not change the strike.
