The relevant figure is found under: Private → Nonresidential → Office → Data center The Census Bureau reports this figure in millions of dollars at a seasonally adjusted annual rate (SAAR). For example, $70 billion corresponds to $70,000 million. The first figure published for the relevant month will be used, including if Census identifies that figure as preliminary. Subsequent revisions, corrections, or updated estimates will not affect the market’s resolution.
