Will Franchise Tax receipts for FY2027 be above $1.344 billion?

If the State of Delaware reports Franchise Tax receipts for FY2027 above $1.344 billion, then the market resolves to Yes. Resolution uses gross Franchise Tax receipts for Delaware fiscal year 2027, covering July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, as reported in the State’s Statement of General Fund Receipts and Refund Disbursements by Major Category. It does not include Bank Franchise Tax, which Delaware reports separately, and it does not subtract Franchise Tax refund disbursements. Resolution uses the first State of Delaware monthly financial report containing the complete June 30, 2027 fiscal-year total; subsequent revisions do not affect resolution.
