How this market is decidedShow

If the number of Israeli Knesset elections held is exactly 1 from the next Knesset election until a new government is formed or October 27, 2030 at 11:59:59 PM ET, whichever occurs first, then the market resolves to Yes. Count nationwide Knesset elections actually held, beginning with the next election after issuance. Each election counts once, including repeat elections held before a new government is formed. Scheduled or cancelled elections, local elections, and separate voting phases of the same election do not count separately. A new government is formed when the Knesset expresses confidence in it. The count stops at the first such vote after the first counted election, or October 27, 2030 at 11:59:59 PM ET, whichever occurs first. A coalition agreement, presidential assignment, or continuation of the outgoing government does not end the count. If no new government has formed by the cutoff, count elections held through the cutoff. If no election is held, all listed markets resolve No. Use the Central Elections Committee’s official election records and the Knesset’s official government-formation record.
