If Keystone Resort conducts Seasonal Opening Operations in the 26/27 winter season before Nov 8, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes. Seasonal Opening Operations require at least one passenger lift to carry members of the general public uphill for downhill skiing or snowboarding on resort-designated open terrain. Season-passholder-only access counts if it requires no additional purchase; employee, contractor, invited-media, private-event, and separately purchased early-access or preview days do not. Scenic rides, mountain biking, hiking, tubing, and uphill-only access do not count. Any number of lifts, any amount of terrain, and any operating duration count. The opening calendar day is determined in Eastern Time, and announced or projected dates do not count. A name, owner, operator, or website change does not change the resort's identity; if its terrain is split across separately operated areas, opening any portion counts.
