If an officially sanctioned LIV Golf Tournament happens anywhere in the world after Issuance and before Apr 1, 2027 at 12:00am EST, then the market resolves to Yes. In order for the market to resolve Yes, an officially sanctioned LIV Golf Tournament must tee off prior to Apr 1, 2027 at 12:00am EST.
