Resolution will sum the 2026 annual-average values for BLS series SMU26000003133610001 and SMU26000003133630001. Both are measured in thousands of jobs and are not seasonally adjusted. The 156.6-thousand threshold is fixed. This definition does not include Motor Vehicle Body and Trailer Manufacturing (NAICS 3362), because BLS does not publish that statewide Michigan CES series separately.
