The Underlying is the Total 2026 production tonnage in the Minnesota Department of Revenue’s Minnesota Taconite Production Summary. Production Tax report tonnages are used; weights are reported on a dry basis and exclude flux. The threshold is fixed at 28,525,103 tons.
