If the highest auction work sale price of the any artwork on Artsy is above $400M in 2026, then the market resolves to Yes. For resolution purposes, “highest auction artwork sale price” refers to the single highest auction artwork sale price explicitly reported by the Source Agency in its publication “Most Expensive Auction Works in 2026.” Only artworks publicly sold at auction and explicitly reported by the Source Agency shall be considered.
