If the Portland Pro Basketball team relocates or officially announces a relocation to St. Louis before the start of the 2027-28 Pro Basketball regular season, then the market resolves to Yes. If the Portland Pro Basketball team officially announces they are not relocating or does not announce a relocation of their primary home stadium before the start of the 2027-28 Pro Basketball regular season, then the "Do not relocate/announce a relocation" market will resolve to Yes.
