Michigan St. College Football Team executes a binding agreement to leave the Big Ten during the stated time period, regardless of the effective date. Michigan St. College Football Team and the Big Ten execute an exit agreement or other binding settlement ending Michigan St. College Football Team's membership during the stated time period. Michigan St. College Football Team ceases competing in conference-sanctioned competition during the stated time period. Michigan St. College Football Team's membership in the Big Ten becomes effective as terminated, expires, or is otherwise ended during the stated time period, as determined by official conference records. The Big Ten expels or otherwise removes Michigan St. College Football Team from membership during the stated time period.
