Texas Tech College Football Team and the Big 12 execute an exit agreement or other binding settlement ending Texas Tech College Football Team's membership during the stated time period. Texas Tech College Football Team's membership in the Big 12 becomes effective as terminated, expires, or is otherwise ended during the stated time period, as determined by official conference records.
