James Cook III: most rushing yards in Pro Football Week 2

If James Cook III records the most rushing yards across all Pro Football games in Week 2, then the market resolves to Yes. If James Cook III does not participate in the week the market will resolve to No. If multiple players tie for the most yards, the markets will resolve to 1/N, where N is the number of players tied for the highest value.
