How this market is decidedShow

If NHS England, the UK government, or another legally authorized contracting entity formally decides to end the NHS Federated Data Platform and Associated Services agreement as a whole with the Palantir-led supplier, either by exercising a break or termination right or by declining the next contractual extension after Issuance and before Feb 15, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes. Only reporting from a Source Agency qualifies for the purposes of this market. Reports that merely reference prior publications (from before Issuance) do not qualify. Republishing of content originally produced by other sources (e.g., wire services) only qualifies if the content is hosted on the outlet's official platform and the outlet is clearly identified as the publishing entity. The Palantir-led NHS Federated Data Platform and Associated Services agreement qualifies only if NHS England, the UK government, or another legally authorized contracting entity makes a final, formal decision that the agreement as a whole will end with the Palantir-led supplier. This may occur by exercising a break or termination right or by formally declining the next contractual extension so that the agreement ends at the close of the current committed term. Termination or expiry of an individual Statement of Work, optional service, work package, call-off, or other component does NOT qualify. Recommendations, reviews, advice, possible exit plans, discussions of non-extension, conditional statements, and speculation do NOT qualify. Natural expiry qualifies only if qualifying reporting states that a legally authorized entity has formally declined the next extension, causing the agreement as a whole to end with the Palantir-led supplier.
