If Visit Orlando reports that Metro Orlando’s hotel demand for calendar year 2026 is above 34.5 million room nights, then the market resolves to Yes. The Underlying is the calendar-year Hotel Demand figure for Metro Orlando, measured in room nights, as reported by Visit Orlando. It does not use average hotel occupancy, average daily rate, RevPAR, short-term-rental demand, visitor volume, or Tourist Development Tax collections. Resolution uses the first official Visit Orlando publication containing the complete 2026 year-end Hotel Demand figure; subsequent revisions do not affect resolution. Visit Orlando separately reports weekly and monthly room-night demand throughout the year.
