Resolution will use the Pennsylvania Manufacturing figure in BLS’s official Annual Average Table 1: Employees on nonfarm payrolls in states and selected areas by major industry. Employment is measured in thousands of jobs. The officially published annual-average value will be used rather than independently averaging monthly estimates.
