Resolution will use the QUAHOG landings figure in RIDEM’s Annual Fisheries Report: 2026. “Quahog” refers to the bay/northern quahog (Mercenaria mercenaria), also called the hard clam, and does not include ocean quahogs. RIDEM reports quahog volume in meat pounds. Subsequent revisions will not affect resolution.
