If a listed news source reports before Oct 1, 2026 that China or a Chinese airline announced a new Boeing aircraft order during September 2026, then the market resolves to Yes. A new order is a newly announced purchase or firm purchase commitment by the Chinese government, a Chinese government entity, or a Chinese airline. Repetition, allocation, formalization, or fulfillment of a previously announced order or commitment, including the May 2026 commitment for 200 Boeing aircraft, does not qualify. Predictions or negotiations alone do not qualify. Delivery, acceptance, payment, or other implementation is not required.
