If the number of distinct days Donald Trump is photographed in a tagged editorial photo on Getty Images between Sep 21, 2026 and Sep 27, 2026 is exactly 4, then the market resolves to Yes. How this is resolved If a tagged photo does not actually depict Donald Trump, or is materially mis-tagged (for example, with the wrong date), Kalshi reserves the right to disregard that photo when resolving the market. Conversely, if a photo is correctly tagged as depicting Donald Trump but its metadata date does not reflect the actual date the photo was taken (in local time), Kalshi reserves the right to include that photo based on the actual date. Past examples with no qualifying photos: April 4, 2026
